Empty Bar Kits is not a folder of prompts. It is a guided experience that turns professional judgment into a tool a non-expert can use, while the person using it stays the author. You answer a short set of questions, and it builds the thing you needed, made for your situation, not a generic template.
How it works
- You answer a short intake. No private details, just the shape of what you are trying to do.
- It builds your tool. A plan made for your grade level, your focus, and your constraints.
- You stay in control. Every decision that matters is still yours, and the output is something you could put your name on and defend.
The flagship: school counseling
The first configurator is for school counselors, built on ASCA's implementation method and real facilitation practice: consistent rituals, one focus per session, never overloaded.
- ASCA-aligned small-group plans, session by session, starting with anxiety and stress for middle school.
- Parent consent letters and pre and post assessments to show growth, ready to use.
- Program-wide standards coverage, so a counseling lead can see which of the 36 ASCA standards the whole team has hit, and where the gaps are.
- Zero student data, by design. It tracks what was done, never who it was done with.
Where it's headed
The configurator is a pattern, not a one-off. Once the counseling version proves itself, the same method extends to other grade levels and to the verticals where the credibility carries over: grant writing, clinical documentation, and conflict resolution. Each one its own configurator under a single Empty Bar roof.
